Umpire Development Fund

About the Fund

The objective of the Umpire Development Fund (UDF) is to enhance the educational and travel opportunities for all umpires registered with Softball BC. These opportunities include, but are not limited to, any of the following:

• Initiatives or projects that support umpire training at the district or community level
• Individual funding for training development opportunity (for example: attending Blues Conference or an international symposium)

Contributions to the Fund

Financial contributions to the fund are made through a levy assessed on all umpires at the time of registration with Softball BC.
