Incident & Ejection Reports

If an incident or ejection occurs, umpires are required to file a report.

Reporting Guidelines:

Incident & Ejection Report Form

A separate report must be submitted for each person ejected.

Reports should be submitted as soon as possible (within 48 hours)

The umpire responsible for the ejection must contact their DUIC on the day/evening of the game.

Within 48 hours, the umpire must complete and submit the Incident & Ejection Report.

The Provincial Umpire-in-Chief will review the report and forward it to your DUIC.
